Movement 4 Your Mind is a free four-week program for young people aged 12 to 25 that focuses on building confidence and supporting mental and physical wellbeing through movement and physical activity. The program offers a supportive, inclusive and judgement-free environment where participants can get moving, try new activities and connect with other young people in the community.
Delivered by qualified health and fitness instructors, each session combines a movement-based workshop with practical information and strategies to support your wellbeing, confidence and positive mental health.
You don't need to be fit, sporty or experienced to participate. Just come along, have a go, and build your confidence, wellbeing and skills at your own pace.

• Body Balance (combination of Tai Chi and Pilates movements)
• Spin Cycling
• Dance Fitness
• Mat Yoga
No experience needed.

Who can participate in the Movement 4 Your Mind?
Young people aged 12 - 25 years who live, study, work or have significant connection to the City of Greater Dandenong are welcome to participate.
Do I need to be fit or experienced to participate?
You don't need any previous fitness or exercise experience to take part. The program provides a supportive and beginner friendly environment where you can try new activities, build confidence and participate at your own pace. All you need is willingness to give new activities a go.
