Movement 4 Your Mind is a free four-week program for young people aged 12-25 that focuses on building confidence and wellbeing through sport and physical activity. The program offers a relaxed and supportive space with no pressure or judgement – just a chance to get moving, try new things and meet other like-minded young people.
Each week you’ll try a different activity while also learning simple tools to help with confidence, stress and mindset. You don’t need to be sporty or fit, just come along, have a go, and build skills and confidence at your own pace.
